After going on 3 business trips in 4 weeks, I was pretty much pooped and unmotivated last night. When I get into these kinds of modes, I end up spinning my wheels and creating new organizing systems.
Last night was an all-time low. You know it’s pretty bad when you are unmotivated to do anything else except move the icons around on your iPhone. It’s kind of a sad state when you find happiness in organizing phone icons… I suppose this is a techno-geek’s way of hitting rock bottom. But, now my iPhone is ultra-efficient, with all the most-used apps on the front page so I don’t have to flip through pages any more!
I still use the Gubb list, but seeing as I currently have 121 items on my “to-do” list, have been feeling a vague sense of impending doom. So I created a weekly to-do scheduled list so I could move my to-do’s onto a schedule and go through the day knowing exactly what I needed to work on when.
I go through my Gubb list and write in the schedule when I am going to do what. On the right side I write in things due that day (or are super high priority) so I don’t forget to schedule them in later.

And I am happy to report today was much more productive!
